MRi introduced them to our IDEA plan to find the perfect Purpose-Driven Digital Promotion to reach their goal. We developed a promotion strategy for ZURU featuring Bunch O Balloons, their innovative, self-tying water balloons, to bring an In-Pack Sweepstakes/Instant Win Game to market. The promotion first launched In Australia and New Zealand (during the summer months “down under” in the southern hemisphere) and is now live in the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada.
To participate, consumers visit participating Bunch O Balloons retailers and purchase specially marked products. Inside the package, consumers will find an innovative “Soak and Reveal” game piece on the back side of the water balloon instruction insert. Once they get the gamepiece wet, it will reveal a unique code to enter on the microsite; resulting in a chance to win one of thousands of exciting prizes.
