Unique Codes On-Pack
Using MRi’s proprietary on-pack unique codes delivery system, we worked closely with the Dew, Doritos, and Rockstar teams to coordinate and generate unique codes specific to each SKU, conduct a thorough audit of the unique codes for accuracy, tailor specifically to the printing equipment for over 20 different suppliers, and securely deliver over 500,000,000 unique codes to production suppliers.
Not settling for handing over and sitting back, MRi’s system closes the loop by validating unique codes during the production process, ensuring files integrity and security are maintained through the entire production process across all suppliers and packaging.
Packaging Review and Quality assessment
Dew, Doritos, and Rockstar understand that their products must be delivered to consumers as promised, and any issues found in the market may result in a poor experience, or even worse, packaging removed from shelves. Leaning on years of experience, MRi worked with all production suppliers to review unique codes on-pack during start up and at random times during the production process. Not only did we mitigate production issues, we reviewed the product at the critical phase of the process where any issues can be identified, isolated, and removed before the products get to consumers.
When consumers enter codes and redeem for rewards, security of the codes must be maintained at all times during the program. In all stages – from generation to distribution – MRi controls custody of the unique codes and specifically designates unique codes to only those suppliers and vendors that may need access either for printing or validation. This strict process protects the Dew, Doritos, and Rockstar brands and helps maintain the integrity of program; all contributing to a great program for consumers.
